As an authorized system integrator of Rockwell Automation, we support Allen-Bradley PLCs, drives, HMIs, and related technologies.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to champion workplace safety and environmental health initiatives across our manufacturing facilities. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols that ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of safety excellence. Your expertise will help protect our employees, environment, and assets by promoting best practices in hazard prevention, regulatory compliance, and safety training. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and enforce safety policies aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and environmental compliance inspections to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and prepare detailed report writing to prevent recurrence of hazards or accidents.
• Coordinate safety training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees to enhance awareness of workplace safety regulations and environmental management systems.
• Manage hazardous materials regulations compliance by overseeing proper storage, handling, disposal procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Monitor occupational health standards related to employee health (regulatory compliance standards), environmental health, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure readiness for potential incidents involving hazardous materials or safety breaches.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on safety (EHS) experience at TSMC construction sites
• Familiar with TSMC safety procedures and permit systems
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment

Preferred

• Experience in semiconductor or construction projects
• Experience with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
• Knowledge of LOTO, Working at Heights, and electrical safety
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Language Requirements

• Mandarin Chinese (Required)
• English (Professional working proficiency)
