To be successful you must have the following:

• Previous experience in a WHS or Safety Coordinator/Advisor role within construction.
• Experience working on commercial building projects is highly regarded.
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or a relevant qualification.
• Sound knowledge of Queensland WHS legislation, regulations and construction safety requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage trades, subcontractors and site management.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to identify risks and drive positive safety outcomes.
