Safety Director – Infrastructure & Construction

We’re Hiring: Head – Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / EPC

Location: Head Office(Dehradun) & Multi-site (Pan India)

Experience: 10 – 15 Years

Key Focus Areas

• Strategic Safety Leadership: Drive corporate HSE governance, site safety culture, and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 compliance across multi-site EPC operations.
• Critical Risk Oversight: Enforce strict HIRA, JSA, PTW, and safety protocols for high-risk activities (work at height, heavy lifting, excavation, confined space).
• Audits & Incident Prevention: Direct incident investigations (RCA/CAPA), site inspections, safety audits, and emergency mock drills.
• Team & Subcontractor Governance: Manage corporate/site HSE teams, monitor contractor safety performance, and maintain HSE MIS dashboards.

What We Are Looking For

• B.E. / Diploma in Engineering with a recognized qualification in Industrial Safety (ADIS / State Board).
• NEBOSH IGC/Diploma or ISO Lead Auditor certifications will be an advantage.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Willingness for regular travel to project sites across India.
