SAFETY / EHS - COMMERCIAL & OFFICE BUILDING PROJECTS Role Summary Responsible for overall site safety, construction safety compliance, contractor supervision, safety inspections, risk assessment, workforce training, incident management, and maintaining ZERO safety deviations across commercial and office building projects.

Office Building Projects** Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate safety competency of contractor engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure 100% safety induction/re-induction and workforce monitoring.
• Ensure 100% site safety inspection and work permit compliance.
• Ensure compliance for traffic management, electrical safety, height work, excavation, lifting, scaffolding, cranes, construction vehicles, confined space, painting, fabrication, waste management, power tools, gas cylinders, concreting and LOTO.
• Ensure HIRA/JSA, Risk Assessment and Method Statements for all activities.
• Monitor PPE compliance, PPE inspection, records and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular Gemba walks and safety rounds, identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure CAPA.
• Maintain safety data including safe man-hours, safety matrix and TSI scores.
• Report and investigate near misses, first aid cases, MTC, LTI, fire and dangerous occurrences and implement CAPA.
• Conduct daily TBT, classroom training, emergency drills and safety campaigns.
• Ensure emergency safety equipment and facilities are properly maintained and inspected.
• Ensure BOCW Act and applicable statutory compliance.
• Maintain third-party inspection certificates for lifting tools, tackles, machines, vehicles, safety belts, safety nets and scaffolding.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and fire prevention.
• Stop unsafe work in case of safety violations, permit non-compliance or abnormal weather conditions.
• Maintain complete safety documentation, records, inspections and monthly/weekly safety reports.

ELIGIBILITY

• 5-7 years experience for EHS Executive role.
• Any Graduate / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Safety Course Mandatory: ADIS / NEBOSH / IOSH
• Excellent communication skills, stable career history and strong client-facing personality.
• Commercial & Office Building project experience required.
• Early joiners preferred - maximum 30 days.
