We are currently looking for a System Safety Engineer and a Reliability Engineer to support one of our top clients in USA.

Main functions:

• Lead reliability and safety analyses (FMEA/FMECA, FTA, FHA, Weibull, MTBF predictions) in line with MIL-STD-882E and related standards.
• Review designs and requirements, and work with engineering teams to build reliability and safety in from the start.
• Develop and run qualification and validation test plans with Test, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Identify and track hazards, and verify that risks are properly mitigated.
• Lead failure investigations and drive root cause and corrective actions to closure.
• Represent Reliability and Safety at design reviews (PDR, CDR) and support customer engagements.
• Improve reliability and safety processes and tools.

Required experience and skills:

• 5+ years in reliability, system safety, design, or test engineering in defense or aerospace.
• B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with safety-critical systems and military standards (MIL-STD-882E, MIL-STD-810, MIL-HDBK-217).
• Proven failure investigation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership.
• Familiarity with ARP-4754/4761 or software safety is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Relyence, JAMA, Cameo, or JIRA is a plus.
• Given applicable U.S. export control laws, candidate must be eligibile to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
