What you’ll do

Take full ownership of implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and fully compliant workplace. You will actively drive safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and emergency preparedness while ensuring strong support for regulatory and ISO standards.

• Take ownership in implementing and monitoring OSH programs, policies, and procedures to ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory, company, and ISO standards.
• Proactively conduct workplace inspections, safety roving, HIRAC/risk assessments, audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead investigations on accidents, incidents, and near misses—performing thorough root cause analyses and ensuring effective corrective actions are carried out.
• Lead and facilitate safety orientations, toolbox meetings, training sessions, emergency drills, and safety awareness activities.
• Maintain complete, accurate safety reports, incident documentation, compliance registers, and required OSH records.
• Act as a safety role model and actively engage with employees, contractors, and stakeholders to address concerns and build a strong, proactive safety culture.
• Support audits, workplace standardization, 8S activities, and continuous safety improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; licensed engineer is an advantage but not required.
• Safety Officer 3 (SO3) training/certification with knowledge of OSH standards and applicable safety regulations.
• Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, safety inspections, audits, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Good communication, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to work on-site, conduct plant roving, and respond to emergencies or urgent safety concerns.
