Safety Engineer

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards in operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that align with industry standards to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Design and deliver safety training programs tailored to different employee roles, enhancing awareness and understanding of safety practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, compiling detailed reports to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, providing insights to management for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate safety considerations into the design and operational phases of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
3. NEBOSH Certificate is mandatory.
4. Valid SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) Approval is mandatory.
