Provide safety expertise and guidance to project teams during the design and implementation of new projects or processes. Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate employees on safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and best practices. Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and develop corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence. Maintain accurate safety records, including incident reports, inspection findings, and safety - related documentation. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging safety technologies, and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with the latest standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select safety equipment and personal protective gear.
