Safety Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• With 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a Safety Manager/Safety Officer role.
• Must have relevant Safety Officer training and certifications.
• Knowledgeable in construction safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Experienced in conducting safety inspections, toolbox meetings, risk assessments, and safety orientations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work and be assigned at the Main Office in Bacoor, Cavite.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company safety policies and programs.
• Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training programs.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports and documentation.
