Safety Manager

🚨 Immediate Requirement | HSE Manager

A leading international contractor is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a major construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Health, Safety & Environmental activities across the project.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 Safety Technicians.
• Act as the primary HSE contact for the client and key stakeholders.
• Chair safety meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with company, client and legislative requirements.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager, EHS Manager, HSSE Manager or Safety Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, energy or engineering projects.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Ability to operate confidently in a client-facing environment.
