Position: Safety Manager - Construction

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 60,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
With 5 years or more of experience in construction safety management, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
Must have Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training/certification.
Preferably a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer/OSH Practitioner, depending on project requirements.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and construction safety regulations.
Experience in preparing and implementing a Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP)
Willing to work on government set up.
Experience in handling safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigation, and safety documentation.
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Willing to work onsite in Davao City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and oversee the overall safety and health program at the construction site.
Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards, company safety policies, and project safety requirements.
Prepare, implement, and monitor the Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP).
Conduct regular site safety inspections and safety audits.
Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures.
Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
