What they need
About the role
Monitor daily construction-site safety and conduct safety inspections. Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety orientations. Monitor high-risk activities such as scaffolding, excavation, lifting, and working at heights. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses. Prepare safety reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with DOLE-OSH requirements and the Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP). Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and workers on safety concerns.
About you
- 40-Hour BOSH/COSH training and SO2 qualification
- Preferably with construction-site safety experience
- Knowledgeable in DOLE-OSH standards and construction safety practices
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willing to work on-site/project locations
