What they need
The successful candidate shall be a part of the Employee Health and Safety team which is responsible for ensuring that the company premises are a safe, secure, and conducive workplace. He/she shall be working with the HR Manager in
- Monitoring, managing, and addressing all safety and security issues.
- Handling workplace accidents and, safety and security incidents.
- Implementing safety programs such as ERT, drills, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder from a reputable university, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Criminology
- Related work experience of at least two (2) years required
- Must be a DOLE-certified SO3
- Experience as a Safety Officer in a manufacturing plant a major advantage
- Has excellent skills in coordination, communication, problem-solving, and crisis management
