Safety Officer 3

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Records, monitors and addresses incident and accident reports.

·       Conducts safety inspections periodically to determine project compliance with safety requirements, laws and regulations.

·       Administers safety orientation and assists in safety trainings on safety practices, accident prevention measures and defensive driving techniques for site personnel.

·       Coordinates with the project execution group to ensure the administration of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Controls (HIRAC) and Aspects / Impact Risk Assessment and Controls (AIRAC).

·       Functions as Pollution Control Officer (PCO).

·       Coordinates with stakeholders for the preparation and submission of DOLE/ DENR/ LLDA permits and reports.

Education, Licenses and Certificates:

• Graduate of any four (4)-year bachelor's degree course

• Knowledgeable in Loss Control Management (LCM) and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC)

• Must have completed COSH training

Relevant Experience:

• With at least two (2) years of relevant safety and health experience
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations and standards
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
