Safety Officer – Construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or any related field is an advantage.
• Certified Safety Officer (SO2) with a valid 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training certificate. Higher certifications (SO3 or SO4) are an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in the Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and DOLE regulations.
• Familiar with construction site hazards, risk assessment, accident investigation, and emergency response procedures.
• Capable of conducting safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety orientations.
• Able to prepare safety reports, incident reports, and other OSH-related documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
• Physically fit and able to work in a construction environment.
• Can start immediately (preferred).
