Safety Officer

Job Descriptions:

• To handle all necessary documents subject to fulfill contract requirements;
• Prepare monthly safety report, update monthly safety plan and attend weekly safety walk if necessary;
• Responsible for implementing the Company’s policy on occupational safety & health, and ensuring our site safety standards are met;
• Prepare, manage & maintain the safety manual and system;
• Conduct risk assessment for on-site activities, safety training (e.g. induction, tool box talk, etc.);
• Liaise on all matters relating to safety monitoring and auditing;
• Assist to perform some site environmental duties when working on construction site;
• Ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Registered in Labour Department;
• Well versed in OSH / F&IU Ordinance/Regulation, environmental regulations and related statutory requirements;
• 3 years post qualification experience in site safety administration and environment management or construction related subjects;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Independent, responsible, analytical and well-organized with good interpersonal skills;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
