Safety Officer

• Monitor and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs at project sites.
• Ensure all site activities comply with company safety procedures, regulations, and applicable standards.
• Conduct routine HSE inspections, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE training for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and external parties regarding HSE implementation.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reporting in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support the implementation of company Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) management systems.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer, Safety Engineer, or similar HSE position, preferably in project or industrial environments.
• Mandatory: Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations and HSE best practices.
• Experience in conducting HSE inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work at project sites and perform field activities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• High integrity, discipline, and commitment to promoting a strong safety culture.
