What they need
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Knowledgeable in Occupational Health and Safety according to the DOLE standard.
- Support the implementation of OSH Program for the organization.
- Can create and analyze the Risk Assessment, Hazard Analysis and other documents that are related to Safety and Health including the environmental impact.
- Conduct Incident investigation to jobsites and inside of the company premises.
- Conduct toolbox meetings for all skilled workers in jobsites, main office and yards.
- Cooperates to conduct emergency drills and training related to Safety and Health.
- Can process the regulatory compliance as requirements of client, DOLE and other government industries.
- Assist and inspect the equipment initially.
- Manage and supervise all skilled workers.
- Job Flexibility
- Attend meetings required by government offices, clients and other industries.
- Attend every year in ISO Internal and external audit as Safety representative
- In charge to arrange and process the other government documents in Jobsite before the operation.
