What they need
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Formulate and implement Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Safe Work Procedure before initiating any operational activity.
- Perform routine checks and surprise audits on machinery, construction equipment, and tools according as per Tata Steel Standards (TSL).
- Ensure 100% appropriate and compliant deployment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) tailored to specific jobs.
- Deliver daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and job-specific briefings to workers and supervisors.
- Facilitate safety induction training for new workforces entering the plant premises.
- Organise safety awareness and motivational safety campaigns.
- Investigate near-misses, property damage, and accidents to discover root causes and outline corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate registers for site incident history, medical records, daily TBT attendance, and safety logs.
- Preparing CSM documentations.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
