What they need
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be a DOLE Safety Officer (SO) - preferably SO2 or higher.
- Must have completed Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training.
- With minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction safety.
- Hydropower project experience is required.
- Knowledgeable in construction safety standards, risk assessment, JSA/JHA, toolbox meetings, and safety inspections.
- Familiar with DOLE-OSH standards and applicable safety regulations.
- Able to prepare safety reports, incident reports, and safety documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
- Willing to work on-site and in project locations.
