Safety Officer

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer for an overhead transmission line project. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures during overhead line construction, installation, maintenance, and stringing activities.
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
• Monitor work-at-height activities, lifting operations, and electrical hazards.
• Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and applicable safety regulations.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE standards and requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in overhead transmission line projects.
• Knowledge of construction safety, electrical hazards, lifting operations, and working at height.
• Candidates must meet the requirements for TAQA approval.
