Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and implement company safety policies and programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Facilitate safety training and toolbox meetings.
• Maintain records and reports required by regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any related field.
• Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer.
• Minimum of [1-3] years experience in a similar role, preferably in Construction Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine occupational safety laws and practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
