What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular & weekly site safety inspections, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Architect.
- Monitor and audit the implementation of the site Safety Plan (including 6-monthly internal audits).
- Ensure all workers/subcontractors comply with safety rules and statutory requirements.
- Stop unsafe work, enforce safety standards, and ensure clear on-site identification.
Requirements
- Valid Hong Kong Registered Safety Officer (RSO) qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of construction site safety experience in Hong Kong.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; strong report writing and communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and familiar with local safety regulations.
