Safety (OH&S) Supervisor

Loscam Indonesia, a leading provider of supply chain solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety (OH&S) Supervisor to join our team in West Cikarang, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive safety policies, procedures and systems to maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Provide training and guidance to employees on occupational health and safety best practices
• Investigate and document all incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with management to establish and achieve safety-related goals and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance across the organization
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on the organization's safety performance

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field, proved with Safety Degree & K3 Umum Certificate
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Safety Supervisor or in a similar role & minimum 5 year Health and Safety field experience
• Leadership Experience at least 2 years specifically directing teams, coordinating time, or analyzing safety systems
• Strong understanding of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and address safety-related issues
• Proficient in report writing, data analysis and presenting safety-related information
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Proficiency in English - ability to negotiate, present, and draft formal contracts or documentation in English
• Good physical condition
• Ability to travel domectic or overseas
