Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the mining or industrial OHS field.
• Experience as an Operations Supervisor is an advantage.
• Must hold valid certifications, at a minimum: POP (First-Line Mining Operational Supervisor), SMKP Implementation, HIMU, General OHS Expert (AK3U), First Aid (P3K), Fire Fighting, Working at Height, ISO 45001, and other relevant certifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including UU No. 1/1970, Permen ESDM No. 26/2018, Kepmen ESDM 1827/2018, Kepdirjen Minerba 185/2019, and Kepdirjen Minerba 10/2023.
• Knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (IBPR), workplace accident investigation, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Demonstrates firmness and consistency in enforcing discipline.
• Detail-oriented in conducting inspections and preparing reports.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with workplace environmental monitoring equipment, including sound level meters, lux meters, vibration meters, and work climate measurement instruments.
• Understanding of mining operational business processes and the Safety Management System (SMKP).
• Applicants domiciled in or originally from East Halmahera Regency are preferred.
