Safety Professional

We are looking for a skilled Safety Professional with experience in construction projects, specifically MEP works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ensuring the safety of employees and clients on site. This position is based in Blue Star Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions plans.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and near-misses.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in safety management within construction projects, preferably MEP works.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
