Safety Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety walks to monitor workforce compliance with OSH and environmental requirements
• Assist in implementing and enforcing company safety policies, site safety procedures, and statutory regulations
• Assist in preparing and maintaining safety documentation, including inspection records, daily safety logs, and input for risk assessments
• Assist the project team in investigating accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases
• Deliver daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and guidance to site personnel to promote safety awareness
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant parties on safety matters and site improvement initiatives
• Support emergency response activities and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

About you

• Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Safety, or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction site safety supervision
• Familiar with Hong Kong occupational safety regulations and construction site safety requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Valid First Aid Certificate is an advantage
