What they need
- Must be a Certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) with valid training certificates.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Occupational Safety and Health, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
- Knowledgeable in DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards and applicable government regulations.
- Experienced in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent documentation, report writing, and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and HSE training programs.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites and work in a field-based environment.
