Safety Supervisor

Supervise daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with HSE procedures. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings . Monitor workers and contractors to ensure proper use of PPE. Monitor high-risk activities including PTW, hot work, confined space, work at height, lifting, and LOTO . Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Report and assist in investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses. Support emergency response, fire safety, and evacuation drills. Maintain daily safety records, inspection checklists, and reports. Promote good housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related field . NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred. 5 - 12 years experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Construction, or industrial projects. Gulf experience is mandatory Good knowledge of PTW, JSA, Risk Assessment, H2S, LOTO, and PPE . Good communication and site supervision skills.
