Safety Supervisor

Position: Safety Supervisor (HS&E)

Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time (Rotational)

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure a qualified HS&E resource is available at the site as per company safety requirements.

* Conduct and monitor site safety activities in compliance with HS&E standards and site SOPs.

* Attend and actively participate in Daily DDS (Daily Direction Setting) meetings and Monthly 9 KPI Review Meetings.

* Perform contractor qualification and onboarding assessments for new contractors as per site SOP.

* Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training programs for all workers.

* Support and actively participate in quarterly safety campaigns and awareness programs.

* Monitor and maintain compliance with site safety standards and statutory requirements.

* Track, implement, and fulfill all 9 KPI safety requirements on an ongoing basis.

* Conduct routine site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective action follow-ups.

* Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to safe work practices by all personnel.

* Report incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions and support corrective action implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Diploma / Graduate in any discipline with recognized HS&E / Safety Certification from a reputed external institute.

* Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or project site safety.

* Sound knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and contractor safety management.

* Strong communication, training, and reporting skills.

* Ability to independently manage site-level safety compliance and safety KPI requirements.
