安全督導員 Safety Supervisor (Main Contractor E&M)

We are a leading main contractor undertaking major infrastructure and power-related projects in Hong Kong. We are seeking a Safety Supervisor to join our team in Tuen Mun and uphold the highest safety standards on site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

l Assist the Safety Officer in managing and overseeing Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) activities

l Monitor implementation of the SHE management system and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., Labour Department requirements) and corporate standards on site

l Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions

l Provide safety induction and toolbox training to workers and subcontractors

l Supervise workers' observance of safety standards and promote safe work practices

l Investigate near-misses/incidents and assist in preparing reports

l Prepare weekly safety reports for the Safety Officer/proprietor

l Work closely with the Safety Officer and site teams to achieve zero-harm objectives

Requirements

l Higher Certificate, Diploma, or above in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines

l Minimum 2 years of relevant site safety experience in construction (preferably in power station, E&M, infrastructure, or industrial environments)

l Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently with strong initiative

l Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

l Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
