Experience: 5+ Years

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct safety training programs.
• Provide induction training to new employees and workers.
• Conduct regular toolbox and awareness sessions.
• Train workers on PPE and safe working procedures.
• Conduct specialized training for high-risk activities.
• Maintain training attendance and records.
• Evaluate worker understanding through practical demonstrations/tests.
• Identify training gaps and recommend improvement programs.

Key Requirement

Good communication and presentation skills with practical construction safety experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
