Safety Trainer cum Inspector (Mechanical Engineer)

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver safety training programmes to client employees, supervisors, and management across multiple industries and site types.
• Conduct courses including General safety awareness, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work (PTW), Electrical Safety, Manual Handling, scaffolding etc.
• Develop customised training materials and e-learning content tailored to client operations and site-specific hazards.
• Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates of completion, and manage training matrices for client organization and coordination.
• Conduct third-party inspections as per ENAS/EIAC regulations with competency in performing inspection scopes.
• Assist in HSE audits, and compliance assessments.
• Identify business development opportunities across the client base and report to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of UAE Experience in safety training and inspection field with consultancy background.
• Training and HSE certifications (Train the trainer, NEBOSH, ISO certifications, CFPS preferred)
• Valid UAE driving licence (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE Fire and Life Safety Code and NFPA standards
