Brave Services Inc. is seeking a Safety and Training Supervisor to support our electrical and powerline distribution operations. This position combines field safety oversight with employee training, qualification tracking, and safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite inspections, identify hazards, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead new-hire safety orientation, safety meetings, and task-specific training.
• Assist supervisors and foremen with JSAs, safe work planning, and employee safety concerns.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and client-required training.
• Coordinate practical evaluations and verify employee qualifications before work assignments.
• Reinforce safe practices involving electrical hazards, equipment operation, rigging, fall protection, and PPE.
• Assist with incident and near-miss investigations, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Promote hazard reporting and support employees in exercising stop-work authority.
• Communicate training needs and safety concerns to management.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Experience in construction or industrial safety; electrical or powerline distribution experience preferred.

Experience conducting employee training and maintaining safety records.

Working knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements.

Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in field environments and travel to company jobsites.

Valid driver’s license required.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR credentials preferred.

PEC Safe Land and H2S Clear instructor credentials are a plus but are not required.
