Safety/Admin Officer

Jobs Specification:
Administrative

  - Ensures all company policies are adhered to by the team

  - Ensures that the company's vision and mission is well comprehended by the team

  - Inspires team to get the desired results

  - Evaluates individual person in team and coaches them

  - Recommends trainings to the warehouse manager

  - Coordinates and maintain a healthy relationship with LGU and its affiliates within the area

  - Serves as the main point of contact with LGU's, its affiliates and facility landlord

Operational

  - Ensure that materials, tools and equipment are available for operations to use

  - Monitors performance of suppliers (service and consumables)

  - Coordinates with purchasing for supply requirements

  - Reviews PO created if correct

Safety and Security

  - Develop and Implement the Safety Program for the site

  - Sets an example to the team by following safety, security and health protocols.

  - Ensure that the safety, security and health standard are met

  - Develop policies and protocols to improve safety and security

  - Leads investigation on safety and security incidents

  - Facilitates basic safety orientation for new employees and visitors

  - Creates reports for submission to government units

  - Analyzes safety and security kpi and comes up with solutions to address it

  - Acts timely on hazards identified

Account Management

  - Prepares the necessary data and analysis of the operations performance
