SAGE 200 EVOLUTION INVOICING CLERK

A well-established company based in Springfield Park is seeking a Sage 200 Evolution Invoicing Clerk to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and capture customer invoices accurately on Sage 200 Evolution.
• Ensure invoices are processed correctly and timeously.
• Verify pricing, quantities, customer details and supporting documentation.
• Process credit notes and invoice adjustments when required.
• Maintain accurate invoicing records and filing.
• Assist with reconciliations and resolving invoice-related queries.
• Liaise with the sales, warehouse and accounts departments regarding invoicing queries.
• Capture and maintain information on Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform general administrative duties related to invoicing and accounts.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as an Invoicing Clerk / Debtors Clerk / Accounts Clerk.
• Practical experience using Sage 200 Evolution is essential.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong numerical and administrative skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a wholesale, distribution or hardware environment will be advantageous.
