Location: Valencia, Spain

Contract: 12 months initially

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in a major ERP transformation , taking ownership of a new Sage implementation that will have a direct impact on how the business operates and scales.

As the Project Manager, you will be at the centre of the implementation, bringing together business stakeholders, the Sage implementation partner and internal teams to turn requirements into a successful go-live.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of an important transformation, with visibility across the wider business and the chance to shape how the new ERP is adopted.

You will lead the implementation from requirements through to go-live, including:

• Working with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Inventory and Manufacturing teams to understand their requirements.
• Leading workshops and translating business needs into clear project deliverables.
• Managing the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks and scope.
• Coordinating the Sage implementation partner and internal stakeholders.
• Leading testing and UAT to ensure the solution works for the business.
• Managing go-live readiness, training and the transition into business-as-usual.
• Keeping senior stakeholders informed and ensuring decisions and issues are addressed quickly.

What you will bring

• Proven experience leading Sage ERP implementations .
• Strong ERP project management experience, ideally through to successful go-live.
• Good understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Inventory or Manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Professional Spanish and English .
• Availability to work onsite in Valencia, ideally 4–5 days per week .

You will be joining at an important stage of the transformation, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact ERP programme, work directly with key business stakeholders and leave a clear mark on the implementation.

The initial contract is 12 months , with potential for extension.
