We provide end-to-end services for customers hiring internationally, covering employee onboarding, payroll, visas and immigration, employee benefits, and offboarding. AI agents execute the work, while our specialists provide final review and approval for critical, irreversible actions.

Our experts teach the system a workflow once, and those capabilities can be reused across similar cases. As the business scales, the marginal cost of supporting each additional country or customer continues to decline.

About the Role

You will build the core product that HR teams and our internal specialists use every day to monitor AI agents executing workflows in real time, review their results, and intervene when needed.

You will work across the frontend and backend to deliver a fast, clear, reliable product that users can trust.

Responsibilities

1. Operator Portal

Build operational interfaces that let teams track each case’s progress, understand what AI agents are doing, and act quickly when human intervention is required.

2. Review & Approval

Design efficient, intuitive review workflows that help users quickly verify AI-generated work and confidently provide final approval.

3. Document Workflows

Build document upload, extraction review, and data correction features that make it easy for users to inspect and correct information extracted by AI.

4. Backend Infrastructure

Design, develop, and test the APIs, data models, and real-time update mechanisms that power the product.

5. Feedback Loop

Observe customers using the product firsthand, identify friction and usability issues, and quickly build and ship improvements.

Requirements

1. 2–4 years of web application development experience , with the ability to work independently across the frontend and backend and a track record of shipping products used by real users.
2. Proficiency in a modern component-based frontend framework. We use Svelte 5 , but candidates with React or Vue experience are equally welcome.
3. Strong foundations in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript , with the ability to build clear, usable interfaces for information-dense, data-heavy applications.
4. Familiarity with Python backend development (FastAPI or similar frameworks), SQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and WebSockets .
5. Attention to user experience details, including loading states, error messages, keyboard interactions, poor network conditions, and interface copy that clearly communicates the outcome of user actions.
6. Strong independent problem-solving skills. When faced with an ambiguous problem such as “users don’t trust this page,” you can investigate the causes, propose solutions, and ship improvements with minimal guidance.

Nice to Have

1. Experience building interfaces for LLM-powered products , including streaming responses, agent execution visualization, and workflows for reviewing or correcting AI outputs.
2. Experience building an agent harness or contributing to a tool-calling loop .
3. Experience using Playwright or the Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP) for browser automation.
4. The ability to independently design interfaces in Figma , or experience building products using a design system.
5. Experience developing products in regulated industries such as HR, payroll, fintech, or healthcare , with an understanding of the importance of data privacy and audit trails.

职位描述

你将负责构建核心产品，供人力资源团队及公司内部专家日常使用，以便实时监控 AI 智能体执行工作流、审核执行结果并在必要时进行人工干预。

你将从事前后端开发工作，打造一款快速、清晰、可靠且值得用户信赖的产品。

职责

1. 运营工作台 (Operator Portal)

构建运营界面，支持团队追踪各业务案例的进度，了解 AI 智能体的实时操作，并在需要人工干预时迅速采取行动。

2. 审核与批准 (Review & Approval)

设计高效、直观的审核工作流，帮助用户快速核查 AI 生成的工作成果，并自信地进行最终审批。

3. 文档工作流 (Document Workflows)

开发文档上传、提取结果审核及数据修正功能，方便用户检查并校正由 AI 提取的信息。 4. 后端基础设施

设计、开发并测试支撑产品的 API、数据模型及实时更新机制。

5. 反馈闭环

观察用户实际使用产品的情况，识别使用障碍与易用性问题，并快速构建与发布改进方案。

任职要求

2–4 年 Web 应用开发经验，具备独立进行前后端开发的能力，并有实际用户使用产品的成功交付经验。

精通现代组件化前端框架。我们使用 Svelte 5，但也欢迎具备 React 或 Vue 经验的候选人。
