SailPoint Developer

We are looking for a SailPoint Developer with strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) configuration, workflow development, customization, integrations, reporting, and identity data management. The candidate will be responsible for enhancements, impact analysis, configuration reviews, application onboarding, testing, deployment support, and production activities.

Shift: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and implement SailPoint IIQ workflow enhancements.
• Develop new workflows and customize existing SailPoint workflows.
• Customize OOTB SailPoint functionality based on approved business requirements.
• Perform feasibility and impact analysis for new integrations and enhancements.
• Review existing IIQ configurations and customizations and assess impact of proposed changes.
• Support application onboarding and required environment/server configurations.
• Perform identity data cleanup as required.
• Develop and modify custom SailPoint rules, scripts, and configurations.
• Configure and maintain custom reports in SailPoint IIQ.
• Create and follow up on firewall requests for application/integration connectivity.
• Coordinate with developers, SMEs, and business stakeholders for technical information.
• Perform unit testing and provide UAT support.
• Plan and coordinate production deployments with the change management team.
• Prepare technical documentation for enhancements and implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate critical issues appropriately.
