Experience – Total 5+years
Interview Mode- Virtual/F2F
Work Mode- 4 days office/1 Day WFH
Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint Core Development.
Experience with SailPoint application onboarding (minimum 1–2 applications).
Hands-on experience in:
SailPoint Workflows
Rules development
SailPoint configuration
Candidates should have development experience and should be able to work on customization and implementation activities.
Important Screening Criteria:
- Do not consider candidates who are primarily SailPoint Administrators or Support Engineers.
- The requirement is focused on development/customization, not administration, monitoring, or production support.
- Validate the candidate's actual contribution in SailPoint development projects before submission.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge or exposure to AI concepts/AI capabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
