SailPoint ISC Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with 6+ years’ experience in identity and access management, including strong hands-on delivery across SailPoint automation use cases. The role will focus on designing, developing and supporting identity automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SailPoint ISC, a strong understanding of IAM processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and efficient automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support SailPoint ISC solutions
• Develop identity lifecycle automation and event-driven workflows within SailPoint ISC
• Integrate SailPoint ISC with target systems, directories, HR platforms and enterprise applications
• Develop and support connectors, rules, transforms and workflows as required
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
• Work closely with security, application, infrastructure and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support testing, deployment, documentation and transition to operations
• Provide technical guidance on SailPoint best practice, security controls and optimisation opportunities

Required experience and skills

• 6+ years of experience in IAM, with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint development
• Proven experience working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Strong experience in automating IAM processes
• Experience with SailPoint workflows, transforms, identity profiles, sources, policies and access models
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access control and compliance principles
• Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Exposure to DevOps tools
