Job Description:

• Good communication skills with respect to interaction with application stakeholders and understanding requirements (consultancy skills).
• Min 7 years professional experience with Identity Access Management.
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with IGA and professional experience as hands-on developer with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Experience with OPA (Open Policy Agent), OPAL, or similar policy-engine technologies is highly preferred.
• Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and preferably Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) frameworks.
• Experience in design and development of complex Workflows, Rules, Policies and Forms.
• You have experience with application onboardings to SailPoint and building workflows in SailPoint.
• Experience in Role Based Access Control Implementations.
• Experience in Certification Process and enforcements.
• Familiarity with Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes and operational support activities.
• Experience with CICDCT automation is a strong pre-requisite.
• Experience with the DevOps way of working and working in an Agile team; experience with SAFe is a pre.
• Capable of identifying improvements in processes and technology.
• Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks.
• Capable of identifying new standard onboarding patterns and explain applications our standard onboarding patterns.
• Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks.
• Knowledge of and experience with entitlement authorization management processes.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in Agile way of working.
• Scripting Programming experience (i.e. Java, Bean shell, JavaScript).
• Strong integration experience with SailPoint working with LDAP, web services (REST/SOAP), SCIM, Database, SAAS applications (OKTA), Workday, SAP Suite etc.
• Experience working with CICD Pipelines, Azure, Linux servers etc.

Responsibility of Expectations from the Role

1. Validation and implementation of functional and non-functional requirements for the onboarding of business applications into the IAM solution in agreement with the business IT principles and practices and standards.
2. Align with architecture for implementation of target solution, OPAL managed-service deployment and integration design.
3. Configure the technical application onboarding using our standard functionality in line with the IAM architectural principles, the company IAM strategy and the standard IAM processes.
4. Being responsible for onboarding applications E2E, so from intake to acceptance.
5. Drive standardization and automation also using sharing the available Pipeline with the Sailpoint platform team.
6. Actively participate in the Scrum SAFE events.
7. Coordinate and validate the realization of designed capabilities functionalities according to the specifications.
8. Stakeholder management.
