SailPoint IAM Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Identity Platform Engineer (SailPoint) to design, implement, and automate enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, with a strong focus on scalable identity platforms and lifecycle automation.

• Location: Hyderabad, India – Office-based, 5 Days/Week

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise IAM engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint, including Connectors, Rules, Transforms, Workflows, and Policies.
• Strong experience in Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation.
• Experience with application onboarding, RBAC, Birthright Access, and Request-based Access.
• Hands-on experience with provisioning and deprovisioning across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and directory synchronization.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Current/Last CTC should be ₹11 LPA or above.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience creating technical runbooks, knowledge repositories, and enterprise identity engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM & IGA platforms.
• Configure and manage SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Build automated JML workflows and provisioning architectures.
• Integrate applications using APIs, SCIM, LDAP, and Web Services.
• Configure and manage SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Implement RBAC, identity governance policies, and audit/compliance controls.
• Develop custom SailPoint workflows, rules, and transforms using Java, Python, or PowerShell.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application Owners.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot identity platform issues and drive effective root-cause resolution.
