SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Administrator – IGA

At NTT DATA, we are looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Administrator – IGA to join an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team supporting a large-scale European organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests and operational tasks related to the IGA platform.
• Monitor SailPoint IIQ platform health, scheduled tasks and identity processes .
• Support provisioning and deprovisioning processes and investigate provisioning failures.
• Support access certification campaigns and other access governance activities.
• Analyze alerts, logs and operational issues and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the SailPoint development team or IGA Lead when required.
• Support testing, releases and platform changes from an operational perspective.
• Maintain operational procedures, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Experience providing L2 support or administration of SailPoint or similar IAM/IGA platforms .
• Good understanding of Identity Governance & Administration concepts, including identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP .
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar .
• Good troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English .
• Nice to have :
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ .
• Basic knowledge of Linux and SQL .
• Experience with ServiceNow .
• Knowledge of Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.
• SailPoint certification.
• Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
