SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer – IGA

At NTT DATA, we are looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team supporting a large-scale European organization. The role will focus on the development, customization and technical evolution of SailPoint IdentityIQ , working closely with IGA experts and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new functionalities and enhancements in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) .
• Develop and maintain workflows, rules and custom components using Java and BeanShell .
• Develop and adapt connectors and integrations with target systems.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs .
• Troubleshoot complex IIQ issues and support the operations team in resolving development-related incidents.
• Support deployments, releases, testing and technical validation .
• Contribute to automation, CI/CD and continuous improvement of the IGA platform.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint development and customization .
• Java and BeanShell skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations .
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools .
• Knowledge of Linux environments .
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases .
• Understanding of IGA concepts such as identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications .
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English .
• Nice to have :
• SailPoint certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps .
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID or other enterprise applications .
• Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
