Sailpoint IIQ Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, customize, configure, and maintain solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring effective identity lifecycle and access management.
• Develop and maintain applications and integrations using Java.
• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues across SailPoint and IAM environments.
• Work with Unix/Linux environments for application support, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Support and maintain integrations involving CA SiteMinder and other IAM technologies.
• Participate in code deployment activities and follow established software development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams in an Agile project environment.
• Contribute to application enhancements, defect fixes, and production support activities.
• Ensure adherence to development, testing, deployment, and support standards.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and other project members.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in software development, IAM, and SailPoint technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, preferably SailPoint IIQ 7.2 P2.
• Very good Java programming and development skills.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and processes.
• Hands-on experience working with Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with CA SiteMinder is required.
• Good understanding of code deployment processes and software release practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Extensive experience in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge or experience with other IAM tools and technologies will be an added advantage.
