Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Good understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, certification, RBAC, and lifecycle management
- Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and related identity systems
- Experience with connectors, workflows, rules, and customizations in IIQ
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large-scale enterprise IAM implementations
- Exposure to cloud identity platforms and hybrid environments
- Experience with Agile delivery and production support
- SailPoint certification is a plus
