Seeking a hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) engineer who can actively support and maintain the platform, including:
- Cyberark
- Managing and resolving Jira tickets
- Troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes within SailPoint ISC
- Supporting platform implementations and enhancements
- Working with API integrations and related technical components
- this role is less of a technical position and more of a Sr BA/Functional lead type role
