Summary ROLE

We are currently searching for a Retail Operations Coordinator.

As an Ambassador of the House, you will actively contribute to the proper functioning of the stores in the Italy and Greece network. You report to the Retail Operations Manager of the area.

Job Description ASSIGNMENT Operational support to stores:

• Management of Brandon, Sopedi ordering systems and supply orders
• Ensures a budgetary follow-up of the orders of the shops in connection with the retail activity (drinks, stationery, supplies)
• Accompaniment of the arrival of new joiners (telephone, business card, uniform) in relation with the HR team and the admin assistants
• Sending periodic reports to stores
• Follow up and support the store network on Omnichannel activities
• Follow up and support the store network on After sale activities
• Training on new policies and guidelines for front and back of house
• Support and follow-up with annual inventories in order to ensure a smooth product turn-over and allocation of space
• Coordinate with HQ and OM to launch and implement new tolls and special projects
• Monitoring and ranking of department store rankings
• According to the Manager, guarantee his/her presence in the store to ensure operational compliance
• Management of any other operational request in a "service and solution oriented" approach

One-off or recurring projects (examples, non-exhaustive list):

• Seasonal distribution of uniforms to stores, or consolidation of orders for the upcoming season
• Implementation upon request of reports and analysis about all related Operations activities
• Under manger’s supervision, coordinate all the activities related to new openings and seasonal opening/closure

Assistantship:

• Logistics support (booking flights, hotels, meeting rooms) for Retail events (training, seminars, missions, etc.)

PROFILE

• Good communication, facilitator, interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Organizational capacity, autonomy, and rigor Mastery of English and the Office Pack
• Knowledge of Retail (retail experience in any external environment in selective distribution)
• Sensitivity to products and fashion culture
• Dynamism, responsiveness, versatility and priority management
• Look for solutions and maintain a positive attitude in all circumstances

Indicative starting compensation: 35.000 €
