The Salad/Pantry position is about:

Setting up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.
Follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
Perform basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant specifications for quality while following proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chefs or Managers at any time.

Pay : Between $19 - $21 an hour depending on experience
